MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Ilya.
I believe a good massage starts with listening to the person.
Deep muscle work. With attention to you.
The massage pressure and focus on specific areas are tailored to your needs and how you feel. At any time, you can ask me to adjust the pressure, spend more time on a particular area or take a break.
A heated massage table, music at a comfortable volume and a position that suits you — everything can be adjusted to your preferences. Please feel free to tell me what you need: your comfort matters to me.
A clear purpose for every session.
I do not pressure you into booking a course of sessions or extra treatments. My aim is to help you notice a difference after our first appointment. If further sessions could be helpful, I will explain why. The decision is always yours.
